The programme is available for all children in Year 6 / Grade 5. Children collect credits for each hour they spend attending activities or visiting ‘Learning Destinations. The credits are recorded and then children receive an award at the end of the year based on the number of credits they earn. Children can visit interesting locations taking along their passport to be stamped or signed as proof of their learning. AFNORTH School clubs are ‘Learning Destinations’ so if children attend these they can receive a stamp or signature for this too.
Families are invited to the Graduation ceremony, usually held in May or June. The children are robed in caps, gowns and presented with their certificate. The Graduation is a brilliant way to celebrate the commitment and hard work demonstrated throughout the year.
